Everyone goes through ups and downs through their life. Some of us prefer to retreat and hide things we are going through. It’s, however, important to remember you are not alone. You can always find people that will help you through those not so good periods. So make sure to reach out to friends, family, councilors or you can definitely reach me or any of my peers here. We will do our best to be supportive and provide you with a safe space that is free of judgment.
